Do I need to create an account to shop?
No—guest checkout is available. However, creating an account gives you faster future checkouts, order tracking, and access to order history.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, modifications aren’t possible, but you may return it per our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why was my payment declined?
Declines can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, bank restrictions, or fraud protection measures. Check your card info or contact your bank.

Can I pay using multiple cards or split payment?
Currently, we don’t support split payments across multiple cards.

Will I be charged tax on my order?
Yes—for U.S. orders, sales tax is added based on your shipping address in accordance with state laws. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or VAT upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging included.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are returns free?

  • GEO Fashion LLC pays for return shipping when the return is due to our error or product defect.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for a $9.99 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time to reflect in your account depends on your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
So sorry! Contact our support within 3 days of receipt, include order number and photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and replacement at no extra cost.

Orders & Account

How do I check the status of my order?
Sign in to your GEO Fashion account and visit “Order History.” You’ll see current status updates and tracking info.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes—contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.

I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If there’s no tracking or it shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us with your order number—we’ll assist resolving it.

How do I create or delete my account?
To create: click “Sign Up” and enter your info. To delete: contact support, and we’ll permanently close your account and remove your data.

I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in page. We’ll email a reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

How can I view my order history?
Log in and go to “Order History.” You can view past purchases, download invoices, and start returns there.

Promotions & Discounts

Do you offer any first-time buyer discounts?
Yes! Receive 10% off your first order when you sign up for our email newsletter.

How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the promo box at checkout and click “Apply” before completing your order.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Common reasons: code expired, minimum order not met, or it doesn’t apply to certain items (e.g., clearance). Double-check the terms and try again—or contact support for help.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—we offer digital gift cards in fixed denominations. Purchase them via the “Gift Cards” page.

Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
Only one promo code can be used per order.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Each product page shows current availability. If it’s out‑of‑stock, an “Out of Stock” notice will appear, and you can sign up for notifications.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All merchandise is sourced directly from reputable manufacturers and designers.
