Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Within the United States Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping is available to all 50 states, including PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses (where supported by carriers).

Express Shipping

Carriers We Use

We work with reliable carriers including: USPS UPS FedEx and other regional carriers as needed The carrier used will depend on your location and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch. If you don’t receive your tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@geofashions.com.

Shipping Delays or Issues

Geo Fashions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by: Weather conditions Carrier issues Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout National holidays or unforeseen disruptions We will, however, do our best to support you in resolving any issues that may arise.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address: We will notify you via email. You may be responsible for any reshipping fees.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cancellations

The buyer can cancel orders at anytime prior to shipping; for please contact our Support Center .However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return Policy comes into effect. See below for more about return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@geofashions.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
